Sell at the Bookstore
You make it. The house looks at it. Then it is on sale, at your price or free.
Nothing you send is shown to anyone but you and the house until the house has looked at it and put it on sale: not its title, not its words, not its pictures. If it comes back, the house says why, and you can send it again. Once it is on sale, whoever pays for it has it for good, and you are owed a royalty for every sale.
- Send your book. Type it in here, or upload it as a PDF and Fink takes the words out of it: a story, poems, a guide, notes worth paying for. It has to be your own writing.
- The house reads it. Until it is on sale nobody else sees it, not even its title. If the house sends it back, it says why, and you can fix it and send it again.
- It goes on the shelf. At your price in lead, or free. Whoever buys it keeps it for good, and you are paid a royalty for every sale (the money, below).

- Paint a template. Pick what you are making (a shirt, a hat, a coat…) and download its template: a flat picture of every side of that piece. Paint over it in any drawing program.
- Try it on. Send it as a draft. It is yours alone to wear in the fitting room at the Bookstore in the city, on your own figure, so you can see it move before anyone else does.
- Put it on sale. When it looks right, send it to the house. Once the house has looked at it, it hangs on the makers' rail at your price, and you are paid a royalty for every sale.

How clothes are made here
- Download the template for what you are making. Each panel is one side of a part of the figure, seen from that side: on a FRONT panel the figure's right is on your left, as when you face someone.
- Paint over it in any program you like, and keep its size (or the same shape, larger). Anything you leave see-through is no cloth: the body shows there. Paint over the guide lines; what you leave of them is worn.
- Send it as a draft. It is yours alone to try on, in the fitting room at the Bookstore in the city, and nobody else sees it.
- When it looks right, send it to the house. Once the house has looked at it, it hangs on the makers' rail at your price.
