Community
Games made by the people who play them.
Under the plaza is the Underground, where finkers build games for each other. Here are their games, their writing, the clothes, and the people.

Play
Community games
Finkers make them, and anyone can play them; a maker may ask a price in lead for one Fink hosts, paid once and yours for good. Each opens behind a notice that nobody at Fink has checked it yet, and each is labelled community, so you always know which strand it pays.

Writing by finkers
Books and writing finkers made, on the Bookstore's shelf. Read a free one here; a priced one is paid once, in lead, and yours for good. The house reads every one before it goes up.

Wear
Clothes
Clothes to wear, free from your first day, more earned by playing, and Fink's own at the Bookstore. What you earn is never sold.

- Opening the wardrobe…
Try everything on in the Bookstore's fitting room, out through the city gate: turn the figure, move a piece where you want it and size it up or down. What you wear rides your joints as you walk. To the fitting room

Find your fellows

-
CirclesFor a class or a study group: who's in it, and what you're working on together.
-
HousesFour of them, drawn from a hat when you join.
Nothing you do with other people is scored.
Overhead
Everyone's study, in the sky
Every cloud over the city is someone's study. Your fellows float closest, then the people in your circles, then everyone else, out to the horizon. Get close and a cloud opens into a little room, set the way its owner set their Space.
A lamp while you study. When someone sits in their study in the Fink app, a warm light can come on in their cloud. From the square, or out of your own study's window, you can see who else is working tonight.
Yours to light. Your lamp is off until you choose who sees it: your fellows, or everyone. It comes on within five minutes and stays a quarter of an hour after you go, so it says you are around, never when you came or left.
At night the only stars are people. The sky follows your clock. At dusk the blues turn lilac; at night the clouds go dark, and the lit windows are all that shine.
Nothing is counted. A lamp earns nothing, ranks nothing and is never added up. Your cloud shows your Space's room and what you choose to add to it; what is in your study never leaves your computer.
